Product prices on our site are exclusive of postage and packing charges. We reserve the right to change this shipping policy without notice.
We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our shipping policy and the products availability as set out on the website.

Please note we are only able to ship to the UK mainland.

Please allow up to 21 Days for delivery.

If the product is listed as "Usually dispatched within 1-2 days”, “Usually dispatched within 7 days”, “Usually dispatched within 2 weeks”, “Usually dispatched within 2-4 weeks” or "Usually dispatched within 4-6 weeks", this means that we have no copies available in our warehouse and we will have to order the item from our suppliers. This can take as little as 1-2 days but as it depends on the stock situation at the supplier, this is out of our control. If we cannot source the product within 60 days, we will cancel your order and notify you of this by email.

If no dispatch estimate is given with the product details dispatch is normally estimated within 7 days.

Dispatch estimates are for working days.
Deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery of the product(s).

If you change your mind... your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If we have not yet shipped your order you may be able to cancel item(s) depending on their current order state.

To cancel your order please use the ‘contact us’ page of the website, clearly stating your name, order date, and the items you wish to cancel.


We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.

For any item(s) which are defective, damaged or sent in error by us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. If you require a replacement we will send this to you free of charge.

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.
